Things to know before buying your tickets

  • Entry is restricted to guests aged 16 years and older for the adults-only spa, Inúu. Children aged 3 to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Make sure you are at least one adult for every 3 children.
  • If you plan to visit with your children, book the Classic Access tickets. The Premium tickets are for adults above 16 years.
  • Morning slots operate from the opening time, usually 10am (depending on the season) until 2:45pm. afternoon slots are open from 3pm & 6:15/8:15pm (depending on closing time) and night slots open 3 hours before closing time. (depending on the season)
  • Are you a couple? Book the Classic Night access, you’ll see almost no kids around and enjoy a romantic evening lit with ambient soft lights and the stars.
  • Book at least 6 days in advance and enjoy discounted rates with an early bird offer for morning, afternoon, and night admission!
  • If you’ve got open wounds, bandages, or medical implants you must meet specific hygiene and safety requirements. Make sure to carry doctor-approved waterproof covers designed for use in thermal waters.
  • Planning to visit in the cold cold months of November and December? Make sure to book your tickets at least 2 months in advance as this is when a major influx of skiers hit the town and the spa, especially in the evenings after their ski adventures, you'll also benefit from a discounted rate for booking in advance!

  • Pack your swimsuit along with a change of clothes, toiletries, and any cosmetics you may require to get ready to go out again. If you have children under 16 years, don’t forget to bring their proof of age.
  • Carry your own bathrobe and a clean pair of slip-resistant flip-flops to avoid splurging. Pick a colorful one, especially if you obsess over hygiene. With so many cream/white colored robes hanging in the same rail, it can get really difficult to recognize yours.
  • Don’t plan anything else for the day, especially after your spa visit. The thermal waters will leave you so relaxed that the only thing you’ll want to do is nap.

What do I pack for my visit?

If you book Classic tickets, you may want to bring your own towel and bathing suit if you don’t want to rent a bathrobe for €5.50, a towel for €3.50, and single-use latex socks for €3.50. Premium tickets include bathrobes, towels, and flip-flops.

Are there age restrictions for access?

Yes, children under the age of 3 aren’t given entry into Caldea Spa, as mineral-rich thermal waters may not be suitable for infants. Also, access to certain parts of the spa is restricted:

  • Likids spa: For ages 3-8
  • Classic areas: For 5+
  • Innu spa: For ages 16+
Do I need to buy special tickets for children?

No, there are no special tickets for children. But booking the Classic tickets grants children aged 3-8 access to the mini spa and children aged 5+ years access to Classic areas.

Can I enter the Children’s spa to check on my kid?

Only 3-8-year-olds are allowed in the children’s spa. Take your child to the entrance of the Likids Spa, where qualified supervisors welcome them in and take care of them throughout their stay. You can communicate with the supervisors through the pagers provided to you and keep a check on your tots through the glass-separated viewing area.

How safe are my belongings in the spa lockers?

The closed lockers in the changing rooms can only be accessed with the bracelet given to you at entry. Just ensure all your items are placed inside the locker, lock it, and your belongings will stay put. If you lose your access bracelet, notify the staff immediately; they’ll help you get a replacement bracelet and retrieve your belongings.
